Brian Lahiff, a Chartered Engineer, completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Safety in Construction from Trinity College Dublin in 2008 with distinction. He has also gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin in 2010, again with distinction.
Brian is particularly conversant with the current Health & Safety Legislation, including the most recent Safety Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. Brian has acted as project supervisor design process (PSDP) on numerous healthcare, residential, industrial and educational projects of various sizes and complexity.
Brian is responsible for the day to day management of all of our PSDP projects. He has provided numerous training courses to clients and designers on their duties contained in the Safety, Health and Welfare at (Work) Construction. Brain works closely with our clients to ensure their compliance at all times with the Construction Regulations. He presented to the IOSH Healthcare Conference in October 2011 on the subject of “Maintenance Management Systems”
