Jim Holmes has accumulated over 30 years experience in the fields of accounting, financial and general administration. In 2008 he joined Pivotal as company accountant and was subsequently appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jim leads Pivotal finance, human resource management and overall treasury actions. Prior to joining Pivotal Jim trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has worked in finance and administration at middle and senior management levels for a diverse range of organizations including utility services provision and retail distribution. Jim successfully guided the due diligence of a takeover by a multinational company of an indigenous Irish import and distribution company. Jim holds a diploma in Legal Studies from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
