The Eastman Campus is a 7.56ha site zoned for Industrial use located 4.5km north west of Waterford City. The site houses the former Eastman facility consisting of 11,500 sq.m. Industrial building, which is available for immediate occupation. The site has a planning permit for expansion and the main building alone has a minimum 100% expansion capability. The site can easily cater for additional R+D or Segregated Manufacturing buildings within the campus. On-site services include Natural Gas, Electricity Supply, Sprinkler and Watermain.
