The project is a mixed-use landmark development with residential, commercial and hospitality functions. The project consists of a 200 bed 5 star Hotel & conference facility with generous 50,000m² of office space, 220 apartments and 50,000m² of retail and a transport interchange. The two signature 60 storey towers located either side of the motorway, form a new gateway to the city.
